I ordered this filter in April. However, today was the first day the filter light came on to replace. Imagine my surprise when I go to put in the new filter and see that charcoal is spread throughout the sealed filter. I’m not sure if shipping caused this, but I was not expecting this when I opened the package today. Very Disappointed!!
