Relaxing second floor apartment, circa 1875, with updated kitchen and bathroom, high ceilings, large windows, original wood floors. Well appointed with new and vintage furniture. Excellent Lower Garden District location, steps from MoJo Coffee House. Very walkable neighborhood with parks, bars, restaurants, bike rentals, coffee shops. Close to Convention Center (0.8 miles), French Quarter (1.4 miles), Superdome (1.6 miles), Warehouse/Arts District (0.7 miles), Uptown and Jazz Fest.

The space
This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, many windows, unique furniture, great architectural details. Queen size bed in the bedroom, which is one floor above the kitchen and living room. Well appointed kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood, two doors from MoJo Coffee House and all that Magazine Street has to offer.
