Joseph Majeesh

Joseph Majeesh is a human resources and recruitment professional with over 10 years of international experience. He is the Director of Champion Staffing International, a staffing and manpower company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His work focuses on recruiting for industries such as oil and gas, logistics, construction, and facility management.

Majeesh began his career in Saudi Arabia as a banking officer after completing his business degree. He later moved into human resources roles in Dubai, where he worked with shipping and oil companies. He served as a Recruitment Team Lead for GASCO in Abu Dhabi, staffing large-scale energy projects.

In 2012, he immigrated to Canada and joined a staffing agency in Calgary. He later worked with PTW Energy and TRS Staffing Solutions, recruiting for major projects including the Canada LNG project in British Columbia. In 2014, he founded Champion Staffing International, specializing in hiring for both local and overseas positions, including roles in conflict zones like Iraq and Afghanistan.

Majeesh has worked with clients such as SPIE Oil & Gas, Fluor, SNC Lavalin, ADNOC, and Saudi Aramco. He is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, government contracting, and international mobilization. He regularly conducts hiring campaigns in Canada, the Middle East, and Asia.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Calgary. He is certified as a CHRP and RPR in Canada. Majeesh speaks multiple languages and holds Canadian and U.S. citizenship. He currently resides in Calgary with his family.
