[Fixed] TikTok Publishing Issue

Fix

Later update: The TikTok API issue has now been resolved. Please check the Failed Posts tab here: https://app.socialbee.com/schedule/view to see if any posts were unable to be shared.

If you have any affected posts, please reschedule or share them again. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience!

TikTok is currently experiencing a partial API outage affecting a limited group of users. We are awaiting an update from the TikTok team and will keep you informed as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

[Fixed] Intermittent Post Save Issues

Fix

Later edit: The issue has been fully resolved, and saving posts in the Post editor is back to normal.

Some users may experience intermittent issues saving or updating posts. We’re actively working on a fix and will keep you updated. Email us at success@socialbee.com if you need any assistance.

[Fixed] Publishing Posts with Uploaded Media

Fix

Later edit: The issue has been fully resolved, and publishing functionality is back to normal.

Following a configuration change implemented on December 5 at 9:00 PM GMT, a web platform component began impacting post-publishing functionality. As a result, posts that included media files uploaded more than one year ago failed to publish successfully. This issue affected a subset of users attempting to publish content containing older uploaded media. A fix has now been implemented to address the issue. We expect publishing functionality to fully return to normal within up to 24 hours, as the changes propagate across the platform.

Canva Integration Update

Announcement

Canva has extended support for the existing Canva Button API, giving us additional time before it is fully retired, as announced in December 2025 here.

What this means for you right now:

  • No immediate changes are required to your current workflow.
  • You can continue creating & editing Canva designs in SocialBee.
  • We’re actively preparing our upgraded Canva integration, which will introduce direct account connections, improved browsing of your Canva library, and support for more file formats.

We’ll share more details as soon as Canva confirms the final timeline for the transition. Our help documentation will be updated accordingly to ensure a smooth experience when the new integration becomes available.

[Fixed - Action Needed] Customized Posts May Appear Empty in Categories

Fix

Later edit: The issue has been fixed. However, as a result of this issue, some post customizations may not have been saved as intended.

If you created or edited posts with “Customize for each profile” enabled between December 17 ~ 6:41 AM – 9:35 AM PT, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Go back and review your affected posts to ensure each profile is customized as you intended. Re-customize and re-save.
  • Check the “Failed Posts” tab here for any posts where customization was required (for example, Pinterest posts that need a board selected)

We apologize for the inconvenience! If you have any questions, please reach out to success@socialbee.com.

Posts with the “Customize for each profile” option enabled may appear empty in the Category if a change is made to one of the variations.

This issue affects both the legacy and new Post Editor. Our team is actively working on a fix, and we’ll keep you updated on our progress.

This affects posts created or edited since approximately 9:30 AM PT today.

Thank you for your patience and understanding! If you have any questions, please reach out to success@socialbee.com.

[Fixed] Facebook Analytics Update

Fix

Later edit: Facebook analytics are back to normal. We replaced the deprecated numbers with the equivalent metrics provided by Meta, which use the same data sources.

December 2: Meta has announced the deprecation of several metrics that impact our Facebook analytics.

As a result, Facebook analytics are temporarily unavailable while we assess the full effect of the changes. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Deprecation of Google Business Profile Questions (Engage Feature)

Announcement

Google Business Profile's engagement feature for Questions is no longer available in SocialBee, as third-party access to this functionality has been discontinued. This means you will no longer be able to reply to Questions from your Google Business Profile directly within SocialBee.

For any questions you may have, please reach out to success@socialbee.com.

Upcoming Upgrade to Our Canva Integration

New

Due to Canva retiring the old Canva Button API on December 31, 2025, we’re updating our Canva integration, and it comes with several additions!

🌟 What’s New

  • Connect your Canva account directly to SocialBee.
  • Browse your existing Canva library (folders, subfolders, and designs), then open, preview, and select exactly what you want to use.
  • Import a wider range of formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, PPTX, GIF, and MP4 video (not just static images).

⚠️ What’s Changing

  • As Canva retires the old API, creating or editing designs inside SocialBee will no longer be available.
  • You can continue designing in Canva itself, and now you’ll be able to pull more types of content with different aspect ratios from Canva into SocialBee than ever before.

We’ll keep you updated as these changes roll out, as well as our help docs will stay current with everything new & everything being deprecated.
