Why can't I limit everything that is shared?	Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes--information about your creditworthiness affiliates from using your information to market to you sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. WebBank does not share with our affiliates
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. • WebBank does not jointly market.

Other important information

California Customers: If your account has a California billing address, we will not share your personal information except to the extent permitted under California law.
Vermont Customers: If your account has a Vermont billing address, we will not share your information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
Telephone Communications: All telephone communications with us or our authorized agents may be monitored or recorded.
