In the QI definition, here. Skimming the bug that added the test, it looks like this might be some detritus left over from addressing review comments.

Hi!
Submitted a patch in Phabricator: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D322634
The change removes the non‑existent interface from the QI list in SimpleURIUnknownSchemesRemoteObserver.sys.mjs.
Browser starts and works without any errors.
Relevant netwerk tests passed locally; other failures were unrelated intermittent issues.

The component only implements nsIObserver. The nsISimpleURIUnknownSchemesRemoteObserver
interface does not exist anywhere in the tree and appears to be leftover detritus
from earlier review iterations. Cleaning up the QI list keeps the implementation accurate.
