About Dominique Shelton Leipzig
Dominique Shelton Leipzig is a former Partner in Big Law with over 33 years of experience in data governance, innovation, and regulation. Leveraging her decades of pattern recognition and deep relationships, she guides C-Suite executives and corporations as they tackle complex data privacy, cyber and AI challenges. Prior to launching Global Data Innovation, Inc. in November 2024, she founded and led the Global Data Innovation Teams in several top international law firms, where she advised companies with a combined market cap of $3 trillion, enhancing both profitability and regulatory compliance.
Dominique has trained over 50,000 professionals, including Fortune 100 executives and judges, on AI privacy and cybersecurity. She is also a prolific author, with four books to her name, including her latest, “Trust: Responsible AI, Innovation, Privacy & Data Leadership,” which provides strategies for navigating the digital era. In addition, Dominique is the co-founder and co-CEO of NxtWork, a non-profit focused on diversifying executive leadership. She has received 35 awards in her career, and was recently recognized as a “Legal Visionary” by the Los Angeles Times and featured on the Forbes 50 Over 50 list in the “Innovation” category.
