Interestingly, the number of hires across the top three seniority groups is about the same. 👍 5–6 years of experience — $4000 Back to normal after a dip last month. 👏 3–4 years — $2500 Finally, some consistency. 🤌 2 years — $1350 Could’ve been better 🤏 1 year or less — $500–600 Having a year of experience barely changes anything anymore.
