Project views

Yes you can. In fact, Asana’s board view is a Kanban board. Picture a board with sticky notes arranged into columns, like “do,” “doing,” and “done.” That’s what board view can do, with much more functionality than paper sticky notes.

You should use calendar vs timeline view based on your needs: use timeline for scheduling tasks with dependencies and end dates; use calendar for date-based visibility and simple scheduling.

You can switch views on the same project. You can toggle between views with one click—no setup needed.

You can customize and save default view per project. You can arrange a view and save it as the project default, and each team member can set their own default view.
