I've seen this before, knowing how to combine different skills is a great skill to have, when you have a resource that can translate technical jargon into non technical is gold. Communication is key, there are C level people who only know how to sell situations and make things look good while they have no idea what was done in order to achieve success and for that they're "key players" knowing how to manage your team and level up their game while challenging them, providing tools and support makes a team great, but even better than that is when you lead by example, then in that moment you've earned their respect. It's good to grow into the managerial and business side of things but never give up on what puts you in that position.
