Judge.me has many great features and easily integrates into the shopify site but also many other external applications. Klaviyo triggers from Judge.me have helped us have great customer flows.

i worked with Marina to fix my review issue. I reached out to them to find out why my review count had dropped form 143 to 64. and my review rating went from 4.8 to 4.7. Marina was able to get on and fix the issue in no time . Very happy with their service.
