Having a hard time using this app. Many features do not open. The only thing I have been able to open under benefits bis dental. Inconsistent info. For instance, I was sent a bill for the payment penalty for having no rx insurance for one year that arrived too late to mail by the due date. I tried website and the app. I called and while the csr tried to assist, he was unable to. After 15 minutes he put me on hold. That was the last I heard from him although the call remained active. I hung up after 58 minutes. The message board took a few days and the reply only gave the same info as the letter. I finally got to the website and was according to it I owed nothing. i filled out for auto pay and never received a confirming email. I tried the app again today and nothing has improved. I had SCAN a few years ago and the app was easy to use. I hope I do not regret returning.

Your website makes it difficult to find what your looking for. Example: I want to look up the doctors that accept Scan. Hunted around the app can’t find where to look. Remember we are talking about elderly people that need all the easy stuff they can get when looking up things on you website.

My wife has been lied to throughout 11 days that her meds are on the way so finally we did a walk in to the doctors office where they have also been lying to us so if u want scan get ready for a er visit because a bad doctors office and bad scan insurance will insure your visit to the er bad combination and going through scan representatives and pharmacist will lie too you also and yes we will be leaving scan and this doctor it hurts to be asking both parties for help and being ignored and lied to do not sign up with scan and if you have then leave scan this insurance company is riddled with fraud absolutely criminal scan employees lie never tell the truth in few days my wife will be hospitalized because she will have no meds truth is scan only pics choose who will have meds and yes I’m turning scan in for an investigation and hopefully shut scan down

Good luck trying to fill out your residential address and mailing address if they are different. The app tries to be cute (auto fill), and guess your address as you are typing it in, and this does not work if you have parameters that do not fit their form. Once it takes your first attempt at filling it in, it saves it and will not let you update it to correct it. Will I get my mailings from them? Who knows? Two stars at best.
