This is definetely my "GO TO APP" for my store product posts on social media. It does a great job removing the background and gives tons of replacement backgrounds, if that's what you want. Also, the ability to add motion to any element and lots of other easy edits makes this app highly recommended. I can use it on my phone, IPAD, and it even works great on my MacBook Pro with the new M1 Chip!

The app is good, so good I bought the upgrade to the Max or Pro (can’t remember). After using the app I realized I’d rather use a web interface. It’s much easier typing long AI prompts on my computer and working with a full screen. They have a website but that’s where the nightmare begins. Because I signed up on my phone, it’s not as easy as just logging in via the web. Bottom line is after 1 hour (and reading multiple help articles they have posted about this issue), I still couldn’t log in and see the account and purchased upgrade I made on the phone for $34. I canceled and will be disputing with Apple to get a refund. I canceled and will dispute with Apple to get a refund. Total fail to make an AI app this good, but not have a better way to communicate to customers how to set up an account that works via the web or phone. AVOID!

AI generated backdrops

Overall this app is pretty great. especially if you are using casually. However if you want to use it to make polished and beautiful images say for selling your handmade goods, this may not be the one. All of the backdrops are clearly AI generated. This means if you look closely (such as full size image, rather than thumbnail) you're going to see the weird stuff that AI generated images always have. Something is always 'off' about it. For this reason I don't think I'll be using the pro features for my product images.
Worked Good Until A Month Ago

App has worked well for the last couple of years for me. The last few days I can't use the batch mode without restarting my iphone.Support is mostly non existent. Support really doesn't like to admit there is a problem. I am paying for the Pro plan which is not working for me and alot of other people who are paying for a product that is not working correctly.All I have gotten is the same canned responses. Make sure the app is up today. Check your internet connection, reboot your device among others.You can't even get them to give a estimate of when it MIGHT be fixed. Nothing about what they are working on or what they can't fix and why. There customer service will just ghost you. I'm another one who is just going to cancel my service.Go checkout their Facebook page to see all the problems people are having with no solutions in sight.
