This app is great. I love it, but it has a lot of downfalls for one , way too many minors are able to get on this app. I suggest changing some things in this app like you have to show ID in order to create an account. Second thing, every time I have an issue it takes weeks for someone to fix the problem or to get back to me , INFACT I’ve emailed and reached out multiple times and I still haven’t gotten a reply and it’s been 3 weeks now . My nickname on Coco is saucybbwNo1-1 I have filled out a W9 form forever ago and I used my real name so I’m confused on why every time I try to cash out it says that I need to use my real name on the W9 form, and doesn’t let me get my money , so I have filed another form and used my real name AGAIN it still isn’t letting me cash out. I feel that it is a lack of workers on this app.

UPDATE: the app devs responded to this and told me to email the customer service department. Which I’ve done many times in the past. It’s like they didn’t even read my review at all because I talked about this and how it DOESNT WORK!I’ve been off and on again on this app for a little while now. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. In the beginning the app was fun and new and exciting. As it grew in size, more really hateful people started to use the app. I’ve been called homophobic slurs, told to kill myself, and used monetarily on this app. God forbid you actually need to report a crime or situation, no one will answer you. The admins all use nepotism and flat out refuse to help you. The two ways to report something on there do not work. One is email. No one ever responds. The other is inside the app. Which that feature doesn’t actually work. You’ll get an error message. When I just today was told to kill myself based on nothing at all, I tried again to report the issues I’ve noticed to the app. Obviously nothing happened. Also, if you’re Native American there’s a highly racist “mask” feature. I’ve been trying to get that removed forever as well. I would highly suggest against downloading this hateful, homophobic, racist app. If I could leave zero stars I would have. I have screenshot evidence of the bullying taking place as well as screenshots of your own admin “telling me off” and refusing to help. Fix the issues so people feel safer on the internet. You’re apart of the worlds issues.

I’m still trying to comprehend how this app is rated 17+ but it’s an adult sexual app for 18+. Then when you create an account (which all they ask you to do is enter a birth date) you get a message urging you to report any minors you see on the app with instructions on how to do so. Since using this app, I’ve probably reported at least 100 kids streaming on here. This app definitely don’t have 24 hour admin coverage because usually if I report a minor streaming on a Friday, they don’t get banned until Monday and lord knows how much they were probably exploited by online predators within that time. I’ve also reported predator accounts numerous times with screen shot proof of them gifting children and asking them to do private video chats and streams. I was once in a report group created by admin specially for those types of reports and all they did was “suspend” the predator accounts but never actually banned them. Others in the group also voiced their frustrations over this as some of these accounts were reported numerous times for the same offenses and one admin responded that “We have to get permission before banning the predators accounts”.This app needs to be Rated 18 and Over and also there should be a better age verification system when signing up for an account to prevent minors from using this app from the start like submitting a video holding your ID to verify. That would greatly reduce the amount of children being able to sneak on the app. We as the users shouldn’t have to do your job. I’ve seen options on other stream apps where if you flag a stream the app itself records the offense and it’s submitted to admin and we don’t have to take screenshots and send a whole email to report an account.

Only downloaded this app to leave a review then its gone. Probably gonna get Epstiened for this but this needs attention brought to it. Anywho got an ad for this app on tik tok and literally all it is is some 13-14 year old girl dressed in a way no child should be dressed...dancing. And in reading the comments on the ad people are all saying the same thing, I've came across it multiple times on tik tok. Something needs to be done about this. Numerous people have reported the ad and not a single thing happens. Im not sure where you (the marketing team) find the stuff for your ads but its gotta stop. The app is rated for 17+ and you have a child dancing like that for a advertisement? seriously. Exploiting a minor like that all for the sake of attracting God only knows what creatures are gonna crawl out of the cesspool and flood the app. Its sick and just needs to be shut down for good. There should be a pretty clear line drawn on what is acceptable and whats not. And i guess the person in charge of this must not be the brightest bulb in the box, or have the IQ equivalent of a cucumber. But seriously I hope something comes of this.
