I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and requested an exchange for the same shoe in a different size. I was told I would be updated within 24 hours. That update never came.I waited over half a month with no communication. I then tried emailing and using live chat multiple times and received nothing. After a month and a half, I finally called customer service. The agent I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand, which made what should have been a simple exchange far more frustrating than it should have been. After a long call, I was told an exchange ticket had been created.Nearly two months later, instead of receiving the exchange I requested, I was issued a refund that I never asked for. I called again and spoke with another agent who was also very difficult to understand, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. While the supervisor was slightly clearer, communication issues persisted.The supervisor told me the exchange couldn’t be completed because the size was “unavailable,” even though the size had been available online for the entire month and a half I was waiting with no updates. When I raised this, the point was ignored entirely. Instead, I was told the delay was due to a “Christmas break,” even though the exchange was submitted before Christmas.When I asked if there was anyone else who could help resolve the issue, I was given another phone number to call—only to be routed back to the same customer service line, which honestly felt like I was being joked with rather than helped.I honestly don’t know how a company this large hires agents who are so difficult to communicate with, but this experience was beyond frustrating. Poor communication, endless delays, being ignored when raising valid concerns, and zero accountability. Never shopping here again.

So I buy the retro 5 metallics whites I did the over night shipping paid extra for the over night shipping and foot locker put the wrong shipping label on the box for regular ship so that’s number one thing they did wrong and the second thing they did wrong is got my address wrong I put my right address on the shipping and I go on the fedex tracking and it said a different city on there not a good online company they didn’t even try to fix there screw up they want to just cancel it and reimburse me the money with out helping me so I just got on the Nike app and order me a pair they took care of me!!!!!! So I will never order a another pair or anything off of this website again very bad customer service I would recommend Nike online 100% better then footlocker

I bought a pair of shoes and the address Footlocker put was an old one I had. When I was checking my address before the checkout everything was good once I placed my order the address was change automatically. This app has outrageous policies that don’t even let clients to fix address before being shipped. I tried to communicate with the customer service and they don’t give any option it’s like they don’t care. The only option they gave was return the package to them to get the refund but how can I return something that I won’t be getting. Its ridiculous.

I ordered a pair of sneakers through the app and they arrived in the wrong size. When I went to the store to return them, they told me they couldn’t process the return there. On top of wasting my time, the in-store experience was very negative due to the lack of empathy and poor customer service—no real effort to help or offer a solution. They really need to improve their support and make exchanges/returns easier when the mistake isn’t the customer’s fault. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I received from Foot Locker.I ordered a pair of On Running shoes listed as brand new. However, upon opening the box, I noticed visible brown stains inside the insole area of the shoes. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new and raises concerns about quality control and product handling.As a customer, I expect items to arrive in clean, unused, and proper condition. This experience reflects a lack of responsibility in ensuring product quality before shipping.

The foot star collection of apps and companies all really deserve a zero out of five stars that would include footlocker, foot action, EastBay, Champs (and whomever else they own). I’ve been entering raffles for two years now and I’ve entered every raffle imaginable! In the beginning sure just for the shoes that I absolutely wanted but after noticing an overwhelming 0% win percentage after the first 90 raffle entries I began to suspect foul play so I then entered all the raffles for every single drop regardless of what they were. I was hoping to disprove my own theory that no real people ever win them. Now over 500 entries later I can confidently say that my research has produced irrefutable results and that these apps are likely 100% corrupt by bots or perhaps the companies themselves and real people without the technical advantage that some people possess will never ever have the privilege of winning any raffles. PERIODIt’s a shame to really because I’ve been in the shoe game for 20 years and I can’t imagine a worse state of the market then what’s occurring now it’s really tarnishing everything the sneaker community was supposed to be about. Now with corrupt apps and resellers galore and inflation to boot we are receiving overpriced products at lower quality with an unnecessary amount of scarcity attached to continuously drive the hype. I’m Highly disappointed; I would assume companies with this amount of capital would have greater integrity.
