I’ve gone live on this app several years ago and recently got back into it. I love this app you can meet really cool people but there are just a couple things I would like to make you aware of. First thing I really wish I could use my back camera whilst live-streaming. I am only able to use my front camera and I can’t zoom in or anything. I really want to see the ability to switch & use a phones back camera to livestream as it would make my life so much easier. The second is I wish the chat was monitored a little more. I got this a lot when I was younger but even now there are a lot of creeps who get really weird in the chat as well as guys who will trick someone into guesting them but then reveal themselves inappropriately or naked. As of right now the only thing you can really do is block or report the person (which doesn’t seem to help), however if I were in charge of making these changes, I would make certain keywords highlight an account & put them on a three-strike probation. I also feel that the problem accounts’ emails/numbers could be banned from creating new accounts if they continue. I feel that this could help the app be safer and less 18+. Thank you for your time, I hope to see these improvements in the future.

I love You Now and all but when you report someone for obvious reasons and they don't get banned and 50+ people report them, just because they're on editors choice is disgusting seriously a You Nower ate a live fish and 50-60+ people reported him because 1 it's against the law and 2 it's disgusting and the mods don't do anything about it are you FXCKING kidding me it's kind of ridiculous. You Now has been a great app I've met so many amazing people and people I call close friends now. It's a great way for antisocial people to be social. #Alternative is my home and the people broadcasting under it are family 💕💕🌚 but seriously the You Now moderators have some serious work to do!!! If I report Someone for them doing something so disgusting and illegal they better ban them !! 😐 done with this "Editors Choice gets all the privileges in the fxcking world they could never get banned or do something wrong" bullshxt if your going to have that I suggest you get more fxcking moderators do actually monitor these people! And until that happens I will not broadcast and I really encourage all new people to You Now to do the same #nospecialtreatment everyone is treated the same 😐 no one should be not being able to get banned just because they're editors choice😁✌🏻️👌🏻 just explaining the situation and You Now better get a grip on their app they don't see half the bad stuff that goes on✌🏻️ overall a good app with A LOT of FLAWS

"This app should not exist" is what I said when my cousin first told me about this app. She showed me the kind of content that was on the app and I thought it was the most egocentric piece of crap I've ever seen but I decided that I should download the app just to make sure that my opinion was justified and MY GOD... IT IS. Sure one thing good about the app is it's a good way to show talent, weather your watching someone make a great piece of art or listening to someone sing a song BUT... that doesn't make up for the fact that art and music (and anything else that should be watched) is clearly not the focus of the app (which is what the makers are trying to make you think) the real focus of the app is for self-centered people to have there own version of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. This app is truly for people to show off there life and to get famous by doing nothing except for walking around there house and wondering what movie they should watch (that is seriously a stream that I watched on the app). It's disappointing when you see someone on the app that is creating a great piece of art but no one is paying attention because there off watching some bimbo talk about her new hair style (again, a real stream that I saw) because of this I gave the app 1 star and I would recommend not downloading this app but chances are that if you are reading this and you were interested in the app you probably don't care what I have to say.

This app is manipulative. Came into the app and came across a broadcaster named #MattInTheHat. Fell in love with his broadcasts and every night I looked forward to his broadcast. There are also others who same as me go to his broadcast just to end out nights a little better then what it was. He legitimately cared for his fans. Knew all of us my names and even remembered story from just typing them to him in the chats! He guested and made a lot of new friends. Yes his content wasn’t the “cleanest” but we asked of him to get a second chance and now there is a lot of us who lost the only thing that made us come to younow and the only thing that kept us on younow. It’s sad to say it but people have become depending on talking to him. And he would talk and comment back to EVERYONES comments. I’m very upset in younow for not believing in second chances. Letting people find that outlet to get away from life for a bit and talk to someone who clearly is easy to talk to considering your only screens apart , letting people have that as a source of serenity in their lives just to take it from them. I don’t mean to attack younow. Matt isn’t innocent be he also shouldn’t be taken away and banned. Even god forgives. Just wish younow would think of the viewers the have watching these broadcasts and not only the money us as fans spend on “bars” and by which Matt has definitely earned you guys money for sure from us fans. Thank you for not listening to what the people, who downloads your apps and spends money on it, wants. It’s truly shows.

So I'm turning 11 (under 13) and I suddenly get banned just because I answered a how old are you question. I mean sure people might be under age but still we should get our freedom and we should be able to broadcast for entertaining people this app should just be banned. People under age are trying to get away from a bad life and now this happens they ruins dreams I can't chat, I cant know when my fav YouNower is on and I cant even like their broadcast and if your under age got banned and read this you would have agreed because even though were under age we are still aloud to live our life in any app we want. We should be able to get to have what people above 13 gets I mean we will turn 13 and above soon but for now were a child and we should be able to get what we can go for. At least let us live instead of us getting banned for giving people joy and entertainment. Since were a child we get nothing because our siblings pick on us. We are to young to stand up. We have nothing to do. Our siblings sometimes doesn't even let us go in their room for their sleepover or something.At least give us one thing we can do in our life instead of being left out. And right now you might be mad owners but this is what you deserve and for me its my life I can defend myself. I vote this app to be banned for not giving us any fun and banning us for no apparent reason.

So I had YOUNOW for a while and I was broadcasting. I didn't read up on it good enough but I thought that your broadcasts were private until you "post" them. They aren't. So I tried forever to delete them but I never could. I saw people could watch my broadcasts back for a while until it stopped and they couldn't anymore. The broadcasts are still on there till this day though. The picture is at least. It irritates me that you can't delete a broadcast you want and I was embarrassed for that whole time afraid one of my friend would find them and watch it. I was singing and I am a VERY bad singer. I was little when I was signing too so it was even worse. Random people were able to watch them for a while and that made me VERY uncomfortable. Now that most of my friends had YOUNOW I'm afraid that they might find me and see my broadcasts. Of corse they wouldn't make fun of me but my biggest irritation is that random people are able to find me and look at my broadcast pictures and comment on them. I would like to have an option to have a private acc and have certain people to watch your broadcasts. Sort of like facetiming I guess but you are able to delete some broadcasts and choose who you want to watch them.
