    The whole process once u get notification meds are ready is not senior friendly. This is a problem when they also find an issue when the call in to request drop off as it takes immense amount of time. Mom has been paying for delivery for years. She finally was able to figure it out and u changed the gui again. It’s maddening. You are loosing customers that way. It’s been a year and she still is unable to figure out how to successfully order her meds for delivery.

  • The app is great. The drive thru needs improvement

    I am sitting in the drive thru line and one car has been at the window for 15 minutes! Unbelievable! The staff needs to better manage the window. In this time two cars left and I was 4th in line. Now I am 3rd. I’m timing the next 2 cars as well! People who show up at the drive thru with time consuming needs should be directed out of line and asked to wait inside or to return to second empty line and staff take care of them and other customers simultaneously!

  • Missing RX rewards/

    It’s taking over 3 weeks for my extra bucks to be credited to my account. I’ve called, several times to check on this problem. This morning, my account was credited for three RX’s that put me over 10 and I did not receive my $5 buck not on my app or in the store today. This has been a continued problem for the last couple of months with my account. I’m still waiting on 6 more scripts from the beginning of the month to post, and it’s already the 21st. 🙁

  • Should be able to add a medical UCard for Payment!

    I am entitled to an OTC Benefit through my Health Insurance, which provides payment for CVS Products. I’m a disabled Senior who does not get the opportunity to get out of my apartment a lot. I like the feature of ordering online for pickup and/or delivery but according to the CVS Program here, I’m not able to add my UCard for assistance in paying. By not having that option, I cannot arrange for pickup or delivery because I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay out of pocket.

  • Let me decide where to pick up

    None of the stores near me have everything I want. If I am picking up and my store doesn’t have it, let ME decide whether to pick up just that item at another store. It shouldn’t be all or none, as the stores and not stocked equally.The app is routinely WRONG about stock availability. This is inconvenient to get to a store looking for something that shows as in stock on the app only to find it is actually out of stock.

  • ExtraCare Rewards Flaw

    The extra Care rewards program has a major flaw. Anyone can use someone’s phone number and access all of their rewards! This has happened to me multiple times I had my phone number removed whoever it was using and had it continue using my rewards. You should at least be able to require the person to enter a before they can access your profile.
