These smarties invite Lyft users from the USA to install this app “by Lyft” that makes us think we’ll be able to use our Lyft account to user but then either force text codes or some password to log in which makes it impossible for tourists with data-only service or Apple account log ins to start. Incredible.

We used this app and their service three times while in Rome, Italy. It was easy to use, taxis arrived soon and all drivers were very helpful and courteous. The prices were so reasonable, even cheaper than other services. We’ll definitely use it again.

We found that the app didn't locate us very accurately and we had to manually drop the pin in the correct location. But more frustrating was the fact that the drivers frequently went to the wrong location. Also, btw, it tells you that you get a 50% discount on your first ride, which we used from The airport to city center Rome, but this just made the cost the standard taxi fare of 55 Euros.

I used this app for the first time in Valencia, Spain, and initially, it seemed fine. The app showed my trip would cost €8.50, so I went ahead and took the ride. However, about an hour later, I received a notification that my final invoice was for €12 which’s more than what I had agreed to.Be very careful if you use this service. They changed the price on me after the fact, and because of that, I won’t be using it again.

While using the app I’ve found some drivers to be professional, courteous and helpful. But there are some that are just rude and unhelpful. It would be great to see all drivers on the same accord; and treat each passenger/client/customer with respect and kindness. If there is a customer service issue there should be a way for us to contact Freenow without a whole lot of negative attitude. Thank you
