    Watching football games in 4K is superb. Special thanks to Negin, thank you for the time you gave me and my family to explain to us more about the app and the subscription options, never regretting following your advice to go for the 4K subscription experience, very pleased with it, nice app easy to use, live 4K games running smoothly and clear, big movie and episode library, watching them with hd quality all the time, colors and screen quality is absolutely amazing, recommending it for everyone, requesting the app to add English subtitles to all American and international movies as mush as possible and take the request seriously to complete the perfection.

  • Issue with Language Choice

    One of the most annoying things about this app is when I choose a language and then they ignore my choice and put dubs over it. I want to listen to the players speak, not a translator. If I choose Arabic, I want the translation, but if I choose English, why do I still get a translation? If you're going to force me to listen to one, don't give me the option for the other. Otherwise, I've been subscribed for a long while now, and enjoy the app.

  • SOO bad experience with you guys

    دفعت قيمة الاشتراك وتم سحب المبلغ من حسابي، لكن الخدمة لم يتم تفعيلها لحد الآن. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء عدة مرات، وصارلي يومين كاملين بدون أي رد أو متابعة. تجربة مخيبة للآمال جداً، خصوصاً عندما تدفع مقابل خدمة ولا تحصل عليها ولا تجد دعماً يساعدك في حل المشكلة.I paid for the subscription and the payment was successfully processed, but my account has still not been activated. I contacted customer support several times, and it has been two days without any response or assistance. This is a very disappointing experience, especially when you pay for a service and neither receive it nor get any support to resolve the issue.

    I download the App, used it for 2 months and had problems with watching anything on this platform, whether a EPL football match or any movies. It would work well for a few days, then I would receive an error message that I have reached Maximum number of devices and from that point nothing was working on the App. The only point of contact with the support group is an email ( Not a Phone number or a Chat option!!!), to which I received a few late responses. On a few occasions, after I missed watching my favorite live football game, they replied with a short email message, correcting the problem but the same problem would happen again & again & again… Last few days, before I canceled my subscription, NOBODY from the support group would respond to my emails!!! I do NOT recommend this App to everyone, it’s totally unreliable and frustrating.Even though I canceled my subscription a week before the renewal, these people charged my account for another monthly fee. The App is TOTALLY USELESS and customer service is not responsive at all. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP

    I recently subscribed to the SPORTS package, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying the full amount, I have been unable to watch live matches due to constant errors. This issue has persisted for the past three days, and while I have received multiple emails offering reassurance, no actual action has been taken to resolve the problem.To make matters worse, when I tried to delete my account, I discovered that doing so would result in the loss of all my credits, and I wouldn’t be able to resubscribe. Additionally, the app has an absurd limit on device management, only allowing the removal of one or two devices every 30 days. This restriction makes no sense and adds to the frustration.Overall, this is one of the worst apps I have ever tried. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service and customer support. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

    Unfortunately, my experience with the TOD app recently has been very disappointing, especially when it comes to watching movies or streaming live matches. There are several recurring issues that seriously affect the quality of the service:Screen Dimming Bug while watching movies, the screen sometimes remains dim, as if I’ve tapped to pause. It only returns to normal if I fully restart the app.AirPlay Streaming Problems when casting content to my TV using AirPlay, the stream randomly cuts off for no reason, and again, I have to restart the app to make it work.Live Streaming Delay on TV when I stream live matches on my phone, everything works fine and in real time. But once I try to AirPlay it to my TV, the stream restarts from the beginning of the match and doesn’t allow me to return to the live moment. On top of that, the delay when streaming on TV can reach up to 2 full minutes, which is completely unacceptable for live sports.These issues happen far too often and have significantly damaged the overall user experience — especially for a paid service. I strongly urge the TOD team to address these bugs and streaming problems as soon as possible, because the current performance does not reflect a professional or reliable platform.
