Being on the road for work is hard enough, so having a service that can take some of the “load” off is a great relief. Not only was this service easy, it was exceptionally completed. I received my clean laundry, in a timely manner packaged in a great reusable bag. Thank you!!

I decided to try this service since I get credits with my bank. However they charged my credit card without asking me to confirm, so I was not able to use my credits. I will not use again.

We are traveling and sent in a big order to the Kuala Lumpur branch thinking we had enough fresh clothes for another two or three days. Turns out we miscounted and needed the clothes cleaned and returned by the NEXT day….. after the dirty laundry was already collected and promised to be returned under our original timeline. We contacted and told Zeeya, Arun and Darren of our predicament and they turned around got our cleaned clothes back to us the next day. All the time, they kept us updated as to how the changed order was progressing. Fantastic job. Thank you.

I’ve had a pretty frustrating experience with this service. My clothes were picked up in a black tote bag, which I never got back — only their blue complimentary bag was returned. There’s no phone number to call after delivery, so if anything is missing you’re forced to file an inquiry online.I’ve used this service twice. The first time, my clothes were returned still damp, which was disappointing. When I filed a claim for the missing item, they required me to provide a photo of the missing piece of clothing, which isn’t realistic for most people.Overall, the lack of customer support and quality control makes this service hard to trust.

Used them for months always great. Needed dry cleaning before I left Singapore for Madrid. Booked in plenty of time to get the day I flew out. Need those clothes for meetings in Madrid. Got a message on my flight day saying “their partner” messed up and wouldn’t get clothes till next day. But I’m flying to Madrid. So, I’m so happy Harish will take care of me as they said they would make it right in a text. They asked for my flight info “in order to make sure I got my clothes.” That was clearly them trying to call a bluff I wasn’t making. I sent them the my boarding pass and then they pretended to never have received. Shady. Singapore government should investigate. I’m sending my screen grabs.

Nice. Reliable and perfectly timed along with some other dry cleaning items in through LaundryHeap—- and return it within a day or two. The drawbacks getting acquainted with the service is that the dirty laundry must be bagged in the blue bags provided and tagged, with your name and order number. Plus, it must be brought out to the driver for the pickup— this part is really what drives either giving a tip or not. It would be nicer surely, if they went up to the apartment to bring it downstairs to load it into their vehicle. And vice-versa bringing the clean laundry to me from downstairs … it’s still self-service in ways too. And having to wait on the drivers in the cold loading and unloading the bagged laundry—well it’s a chore too. Sometimes however appreciated the great lengths the drivers go through is tough enough and everyone deserves credit of course for the work they do. But, it’s an expense. No doorman or concierge in a condo here, yet still a great service provider for laundry when I cannot make it over into Brooklyn to have it done by the regular Laundry Servicers I love the most. Great though— on short notice and the turnaround times nonetheless is really spot-on.
