Genshin impact is so far the best game ive ever played in. Everything is well and beautifully drawn and at the start the story is actually very interesting! But the game takes up way to much storage and for the people who dont have another device to play on they have to either delete it and not play it again or erase half their phone just to play it :( ive been playing this game for such a long time and i loved it up until inazuma came out. Once inazuma cane out everytthing became boring and more complicated and boring. Please make the game less storage and less laggy.

Waste of time. The game gives horrible rewards and the pity system is also unfair considering how the game gives us 80 pulls a version yet requires us to get all the newest characters to clear the end-game content. Not to mention how it’s nearly impossible to get the older characters because of how few reruns the game gives them. At this point the only way to get them is the chronicled banner but some of the characters aren’t even on the banner so how do I get those characters? It would be nice if they made a permanent banner for older characters which they aren’t planning to give reruns to but I guess their thirst for money is clouding their critical thinking. Birthday rewards are beyond ridiculous. We get a cake which gives ONE fragile resin. It’s like they are making fun of us. As I said the game could give us a free 5 star selector of characters from older versions because as it seems they aren’t planning to give us those reruns. There isn’t any skip button which is utterly annoying because it takes way more time than necessary to complete irrelevant side quests. Not to mention how the game randomly puts you in a side quest which you didn’t even want to do but since you walked past it the game immediately puts you into a day-long conversation with npcs. I also noticed that nearly all Hoyoverse games already have a skip button, yet Genshin doesn’t. Even games from other companies have skip buttons. I really hope that the game will improve in the future because it is ruining many players’ experience and will eventually lead to many people quitting the game. Maybe if you actually made the game playable you wouldn’t have to worry about the income you receive from it.

I have been playing Genshin Impact since 2021, and I am very disappointed because it feels like HoYoverse doesn't listen to the players at all.First, we desperately need a Skip Button. We have been asking for this for years. The quests are getting way too long and it feels like you are just forcing us to stay in the game longer by making us read endless dialogue. It’s not fun anymore.Second, the rewards are too low. Giving us only around 60 wishes when you release 6 new characters is not fair. It’s not even enough to guarantee one character. Your other games (like HSR or ZZZ) are much more generous, but Genshin players get almost nothing. We should also get much better rewards for exploration. People play this game for the characters, not just the world.Third, the power creep is real. Characters from two years ago are not as good as the new ones. Now, if we don't pull for the newest characters, it is almost impossible to clear end-game content like Abyss Floor 12 or the new Imaginarium Theater stages. This is not fair for long-time players.High quality is not enough if you don't care about your community. If things don't change and you keep ignoring us, many players will leave for other games that actually respect our time and effort.

I’ve played Genshin from the start and must say I really love this universe and characters. Latest story plot is amazing, BUT… As a F2P I feel like really many of new content just made for people with a lot of money to spend in game. Seems like Miliastra Wonderland was the last drop to it, cause it was so hyped by developers and for most of players main meaning was in customisation ability to use it in open world. No one really asked for such a constructor mode outside a teapot, and it’s really made bad. Most of the levels are boring or just don’t work like they have no testing before. And the MOST DISAPPOINTING is what you really can’t get costumes everyone was waiting for without paying real money for this (and not cheap). It isn’t even a purchasable skins like usual, it’s a FULL PAID GACHA. And you even need to win it twice just to change color, and separate for each gender. It’s ridiculous how meaningless and disrespectful for players this “new mode” just is. You will anyway have many people who have money to spend in your games, so why making so many content just unavailable for F2P players, making them play to broken aka Roblox “mini-games” and just full our storage with it?
