A habit tracker, mood journal and digital diary in one, Tangerine breaks down goal-setting and self-reflection into fun, tiny steps. In the mood journal, for example, pick an emoji that describes your day, then tap broad categories (family, travel, work) that it applies to.
Shmoody helps you identify activities that put you in a good mood, then reminds you to do more of them. The app encourages you to think of simple activities that bring you joy – and work them into your day. Feeling stuck? Shmoody’s Action Plan suggests ways to shake free of a bad mood (like screaming into a pillow).
