I am writing to express my concerns regarding the functionality of the Terabox app.I recently utilized the Terabox cloud-based storage service to back up my photos from my gallery, expecting to be able to download the original images directly to my device when needed. However, upon attempting to retrieve these photos, I encountered a limitation within the app. The only option available is to generate a shareable link, which does not allow me to download the original images to my gallery.This limitation is inconvenient as I rely on having access to my original photos without solely depending on the app. Despite attempting various methods, I have been unable to retrieve the full-resolution images directly to my device.I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this issue. It would greatly enhance the usability of your service if users could download their original photos directly to their devices, ensuring access to their content at all times.I appreciate your attention to this matter and eagerly await your response and a resolution to this issue.Thank you for your time and understanding.

I have been using it from the past six months , it was working very well at the beginning. From this year’s first day I have been trying to upload some photos but it’s not uploading , all the pics are in waiting , I tried to pause them n upload it again many times , even tried to remotely upload it but unable to do it . Today I was going through my uploaded photos , I couldn’t even see half of them because they were loading . Even after 30 mins of buffering I was unable to see any of the pics . So I ended up writing this review . A request from TeraBox team to pls check about this , and pls suggest me the solution.

There are 3 kinds of apps. I’ve listed them in the magnitudes of how worse they are. This isn’t a linear but a exponential scale. 1) Trashy apps. They don’t provide any value. Just shows ad and doesn’t serve any purpose 2) Junk apps: The dangerous apps. They honeypot users into paying and is used by scammers. It’s something like they hold you hostage.2) Terabox (yes, it’s a synonym)(multiplied by factor of 1 billion): This is a total junk and scam app. They show you ads on every chance they get. Just now, I got shown 5 ads for an 30 second video. Also, other than that, They will honeypot you in lieu of free storage and once you have uploaded, they will make you pay to see your videos/photos. So please stay away from this app as far as you can. Trust me if you do trust, you’ll regret it later.

I Have to re-install this app again and again to use the stored files. Once it is installed it works fine for 10-15 times and then it’s just stops responding and the user interface is stuck, I am not able to select any option and then have to forcefully close the app and the same thing happens when I re-open the app. I really love to use this app but recently the my experience with Terabox has gone down due to few bugs.
