An intelligent system driven by analytical engine supplemented by real-time data, Medibhai acts as a virtual health expert who can be relied upon for providing instant information based on the location, requirement of users and is capable of storing, maintaining, transferring and communicating medical information as per the instructions of its users.
Hospitals
Medibhai partners with hospitals to list the profile and provide details about
Contact details – Contact numbers of reception, OPD department, services like ambulance, pharmacy, blood bank, insurance helpdesk will be accessible along with mail id for written communication.
Room rents – Indicative costs, room rents based on the type of rooms i.e. general wards, twin sharing rooms, personal rooms, suite, ICU etc. will be displayed on the system.
Ailment Packages- Fixed costs to be incurred for diagnostic procedures, Indoor patient procedure etc. can be viewed.
Insurance network – Insurance companies and third-party administrators empaneled with the hospital for cashless health insurance payments will be displayed
Department-wise doctors- Credentials of doctors based on department and specialty will be displayed and appointments based on availability can be booked.
Doctors
Know more about the doctor- Credentials of the doctor will be displayed including academic qualification, experience
Book an appointment- Users can book appointments based on the availability of doctors at their respective locations.
Specialty- Within the domain of operations, the expertise and specialty of doctors will be available for viewing.
Videos – A window to upload videos based on multiple medical aspects is available for doctors where they can share views and information pertaining to their expertise and medical subjects.
Articles & Blogs- The system allows doctors to publish or highlight blogs and articles in their areas of expertise
Diagnostics
The system allows users to book individual diagnostic tests and pathological packages comprising of multiple parameters. The system allows users to schedule tests and book slots for collection of prerequisite samples for testing from preferred locations at convenient time slots depending upon the availability of health partners. The service is available in more than thirty cities currently and will spread to other cities in days to come.
The packages are designed to on the basis of age, gender, ailments and lifestyle.
Insurance claims support
The system allows users to share health insurance policies purchased by them and view the coverages and exclusions of the policies.
The system allows users to download cashless cards and other forms which are essential for the claim process.
Intimation of a claim – Claim intimation is not confined to mere transfer of information about a hospitalization under a policy. The system after taking inputs from a user validates information from the user and ascertains the eligibility of the claim
Claim documentation preparation, Claim documents pickup and delivery – The system allows users to book a slot for picking claim document for delivery from their convenient locations and submit it to the respective insurers or third-party administrator’s office.
Claim status updates – The system updates the progress in the status of the claim on Realtime basis.
