Got what it takes to be a champion? Prove it on the mean streets of Punch Club 2: Fast Forward. As you comb a cyberpunk metropolis to find your pop (the star of the original Punch Club), you’ll take on odd jobs, train for tough fights, and unlock sweet moves to make your auto-battling brawler a contender—and to unravel the mystery of your dad’s disappearance!
What we love: Exploring futuristic Upper City. Awesomely detailed pixel art brings slug farms, junkyards, and other locations to life, and we adored all the references to famous ’80s and ’90s flicks. That ex-cop at the noodle stand sounds like he hunts rogue androids. And why do folks use sea shells instead of toilet paper?

Quick tip: Don’t level up all three of your core stats equally. Instead, focus on stamina plus one of the others—strength for landing crushing knockdown blows or agility for dodging and ducking like a pro.

Actually doing them is another matter: The lead designer once tore his pants while trying to demonstrate a Brazilian kick.
