2 weeks ago I used my Plaud and it didn't record a one and a half hour meeting. 😱Yesterday I went to work on a file and I kept getting the server is busy notice. I searched google to find a fix and apparently this has been occurring for other users since Febuary. Went to update the software and it won't update. Come on Plaud....get it together.

Hello, due to previous high server load, some transcription requests experienced delays or errors. The issue was resolved. If your previous transcription showed as failed, please try re-initiating the transcription now, and it should return to normal. Newly uploaded recordings are not affected and can be transcribed as usual. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Very easy to use, push the button, tell everyone you are using a virtual Secretary, record the conversation/meeting. Then let Plaud summarize and generate the notes. Definitely helps with my heavy work load. Thumbs up.
