The target market here is clearly people who do not have or use the desktop app, this is a great stand alone app but it lacks enough features that the desktop has to make it hard to justify using even though its really a nice and fun modern UI to use. I would like to at least see an auto white balance tool. Also WHERE are my files Saving when I do a large export? They are visible in the app but not in the iPad file editor so I don’t see how I can do anything with the files like open them in another app to continue the editing process?

In terms of functionality and features, our Luminar Mobile app is significantly different from Luminar Neo. Mobile devices cannot reach the capacity of a desktop computer or a laptop, so Luminar Mobile does not contain some features from the desktop version. Just cancelled my free trial way before it expired. The app has some nice perks (e.g. some friendly adjustment controls, a couple of useful detailing options) However, I find it extremely annoying to use. Many of its “features” are really suboptimal. Here is a detailed list of some of the issues I’ve found.1) it is a pain to browse pictures on it. Just awful to find what you are looking for and even worse: to resume working on an existing project.2) it does not respect the “limed access to pictures” setting on iOS, basically displaying them all within the app (and presumably accessing them all despite having the restriction enabled)3) as you edit a picture, it becomes increasingly hard to go back to a previous stage. It almost forces you to start over if you are trying to compare different results 4) their AI tool to delete unwanted objects is just bad. It replaces the removed object with stuff around it that makes no sense at all5) the “add sky” feature looks super fake and overwrites many of the edits you have done before adding it. 6) not only does it access your pictures, it actually browses files in your entire phone :/ and even your cloud if you let it. This is really not necessary and there does not seem to be a way to limit this access 7) I was willing to pay for a friendly and effective photo editing tool. The prices for this one are not justified

OK but missing some features

This photo editor works very well but it lacks one major feature for me which is copying the edits for quick paste the edits on similar shots, or create your own preset from the edits, then apply it to other similar shots, that’s the only reason I am canceling the 7 days trial and won’t buy it.

Hello! During the most recent update, we added a new functionality - presets. Now, you can create presets with your favorite adjustments and use presets to copy and paste the settings on other photos. Hopefully, you'll get a chance to try it out again!
