This game makes me so angry every day time I play it. It is completely rigged for pay to win players and all the game modes are all unfair (except head to head which is just unplayable because of lag). No matter if you have good players, the bots will hit every shot if they have a higher power and you’ll miss open shots like it’s no tomorrow. I’ve constantly been trying to reach out to their support but they always reply with the most default and unhelpful advice. It’s obvious the game runs on in game purchase life support because of how bad quality the game is. The address people who work on this game do nothing at all to make it look better, play better or be more fair. Honestly, they won’t even see this because they are so lazy… I’m so done with this game P.s. it makes my phone become scorching hot and I have a iPhone 8 plus.

I really enjoy this game, and it’s a good step forward for mobile games. Although it is quite different from 2K21, and has less features, I really enjoy the card collecting aspect of the game, as well as the tournaments and competitiveness. Although there are a lot of great feature, also have a few complaints. The gameplay needs a lot of work, for instance a lot of the time if the ball stays on the back of the rim for too long, it will be called out of bounds. I have also experienced this from just hitting the rim and bouncing up off the rim. Another feature that needs work is the steal feature. If you tap the button too much, eventually it will determine a foul, even if the player hasn’t done anything. An example of this was a foul being called BEFORE my player had even touched the opposing guard, or even a foul being called after pressing steal, even if the player has been screened off. Although it’s not something that needs too much work, the fact that some AI players make stupid shots just because they have a higher overall team power is absurd. No one is ever going to make an off balance three being guarded by two players, so I think they should lower the percentages of those kind of shots going in.Overall it’s a great game, but the gameplay needs some work, which I think the development team should work in rather than adding a ton of new, basically unattainable cards for normal players.

Firstly, the graphics on this game are amazing. Sure it isn’t your 2k22, but for a free game on an iPhone I cannot complain. The graphics are equivalent to 2k18 graphics which in my opinion is decent for a free mobile game. I have to admit, the free rewards and seasons you can play are amazing and captivating, however I there are a few minor issues with the game. Firstly, The packs are terrible! The saying “you get what you pay” shows no connection with this game. The shop is way overpriced. 8500 coins for a pack ($75) or a pack for $22 in real life money. This alone seems ridiculous. Not to mention the chances of pulling a desired card is <1.0%, which is ridiculous. You are setting people up with a low chance of return. This goes with the pass. I’ll admit, I was gonna let it slide with the pass. $15 for a pass is too expensive! Other games sell their passes for $7-$9! And with the other passes you are guaranteed to get for what u pay for. This game is the opposite. There are so many packs in the pass. Most of which are useless and a waste of money, Due to the fact that you have a low chance of pulling good cards! The solution is simple. Lower coin prices and increase the chances of pulling good cards! I’d like to see people get what they buy! I think it is beyond unreasonable charging so much money! At the end of the day, this game should be fun and enjoyable. Sure it needs to be challenging, but shouldn’t everyone succeed? Shouldn’t everyone have fun?

I've been playing this game for about 4 months now and have managed to assemble a team full of amethyst and ruby players without paying. Current team rating is just under 3700. I'm enjoying the card collecting aspect of this game but playing the actual games can be very frustrating. It is almost impossible to play consistent defence. The only way to stay in front of the ball handler is to use the Defend button, however this leaves so much gap between you and them that they essentially get an open 3 each time. Try to get close and you'll just bounce off them. If you want a good laugh, play the game in Auto mode and watch how your team plays defence. Players constantly running into and screening each other, randomly running off the court, standing by watching the loose ball/rebound go past them and your guards trying to block 3 point shots from inside the paint. I've had instances where the players will keep running into the coach on the sidelines! Managed to knock the ball away? Instead of going for the loose ball your player will instead run in the opposite direction, which again gives up an open 3. Trying to block shots is hit and miss. Sometimes you'll contest the shot just fine. Other times your player won't actually attempt to block until well after the shot has gone up, which then leaves you vulnerable to offensive rebounds. Even if you can stay in front of your man it doesn't matter, because the rest of your teammates will do something stupid. On the flip side, the opponent plays excellent defence. They stick to you like glue and will reject a lot of your inside shots.
