Andrew Ishchuk نشر ذلكExcited to share a new chapter in my professional journey! 🤩 After more than 14 years in the financial brokerage industry, working across management, strategy, and operations, I’ve had the opportunity to help build, scale, and optimize brokerage businesses from the inside. Over the years, many founders, partners, and investors have approached me for advice on launching, structuring, and growing brokerage firms. What started as occasional guidance gradually turned into something much bigger. Today, I’m excited to officially announce the launch of Broker Setup, where I am the Founder & CEO. Broker Setup is an advisory firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and financial companies: • Launch new Forex and other financial brokerages • Build the right operational and regulatory structure • Develop strong brands and business models • Scale efficiently in a highly competitive global market The brokerage industry is evolving quickly, and building a successful firm today requires much more than just technology or liquidity. It requires the right strategy, structure, and experience from day one. Our focus is simple: help founders avoid the common mistakes that cost years of time and millions in capital. Our goal at Broker Setup is simple: to help ambitious founders build brokerage businesses the right way — from the very beginning. I’m grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their projects over the years. Your support and collaboration played a big role in this step. If you’re planning to launch a brokerage or take an existing one to the next level, I’d be happy to connect. And kudos to all my industry colleagues and team mates from 10+ brokerage firms I've been working with 👏 We are such a big family😉 The journey is just beginning.

Andrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكAndrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكVery proud to receive the Spatial Stream Award for Outstanding Service at the S+SNZ Conference in Auckland last week! Recognition from your peers means a lot. We’ve been quietly chipping away at blackmaps geospatial, and it’s easy to get caught up in the next thing and forget to step back and acknowledge the work that’s gone into getting here. I couldn’t be at the Gala Dinner, but friends and industry colleagues kept the photos and messages coming. Thank you for making me feel part of the evening! Thank you to Survey and Spatial New Zealand for another great event and everyone who put my name forward. Congratulations to the other award recipients!

Andrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكAndrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكPayment infrastructure defines whether deposits happen at all. Different markets operate through different payment ecosystems. A structure that works in one region may fail completely in another. Multi-PSP architecture allows brokers to match payment methods to target markets and maintain stable deposit flows. Approval ratios depend on routing logic, provider selection, and regional configuration. These are architectural decisions, not technical add-ons. We help brokers structure payment layers based on geography, operational needs, and validated payment setups. Andrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكAndrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكMost brokers expect the MT5 platform to be ready after the license is issued. In reality, the system still needs to be built. Instruments, client groups, execution parameters, trading conditions, and permissions must be configured into a working environment. Without structured setup, problems appear only after clients begin trading — when changes become more difficult and more expensive. MT5 setup is not activation. It is the process of building the trading environment. Proper setup requires understanding how each configuration layer connects to the brokerage model — not just what fields to fill in. Andrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكAndrew Ishchuk أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكIB networks are often treated as marketing tools. In practice, they operate as financial structures. Every partner level, commission rule, and payout dependency creates a financial flow that must remain stable as the brokerage grows. When IB logic is added without structure, problems appear later — commission disputes, reporting inconsistencies, and unstable payout cycles. Multi-level IB should be designed as an operational system, not assembled as a feature. Our role is to help brokers define that structure before scale begins.
