Designated learning institutions list
Search through a list of designated learning institutions (DLIs) to find the right school and program, and start planning for your studies in Canada.
You need a letter of acceptance (LOA) from a DLI to apply for a study permit. If you plan to attend a post-secondary school in Canada, make sure it’s on the list.
What’s a DLI?
A DLI is a school approved by a provincial or territorial government to host international students.
All primary and secondary schools in Canada are DLIs. They aren’t included in this list.
DLIs at the post-secondary level must verify letters of acceptance and report on the enrollment status of their international students. DLIs that don’t comply with these obligations may face consequences, including suspension from accepting international students.
