ACE, one of Japan’s most respected suitcase brands, partnered with EWAY to co-develop a high-performance aluminum frame suitcase using durable polycarbonate (PC) shells and premium Hinomoto brake wheels. With full in-house control over extrusion and vacuum forming, EWAY Luggage Factory ensured every structural detail met ACE’s exacting standards — from frame fitting to shell molding and lining stitching.

Our goal is to keep the entire process—from sourcing to shipping—transparent and fully traceable for your peace of mind:

1.Before mass production, we luggage factory will make a sample according to your requirements. Only after you confirm the details and quality, we proceed with the bulk order.

2.During production, we conduct four quality checks: material and accessory inspection before production, semi-finished product inspection, final product inspection, and additional random checks by our QC team.

3.Throughout the process, we keep you updated with photos and videos showing production progress and any issues found.
